Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah fully embraced the theme for his daughter Makka’s 6th birthday party – the hit Disney movie Moana. Photos shared on social media showed the Egyptian footballer dressed up as the animated character Maui, complete with curly wig and grass skirt.

Salah’s wife Magi was also in on the fun, dressing as Moana alongside their daughter who was dressed as the princess from the 2016 Disney film. Little Makka appeared to be having the time of her life at the lavish event inspired by her current favorite movie.

The party featured Moana decorations, activities and cakes to delight the birthday girl and her young guests. Salah was spotted swinging Makka playfully through the air, recreating a scene between Moana and demigod Maui from the feel-good animation.

Fans were delighted at the heartwarming glimpse into Salah’s family life off the pitch. The 30-year-old striker is famously private about his personal life, preferring to keep his family out of the spotlight.

But to make his little girl’s birthday celebration perfect, the devoted dad held nothing back. Salah embraced the Moana spirit wholeheartedly, showing off his funny side for Makka’s amusement.
