The construction of this mansion has lasted several years, during which each space has been shaped in detail. The tennis legend acquired this property a decade ago, including the original stone villa that was on the almost one-hectare estate . In it, the sportsman from Manacor surely has a space in which to take care of himself and exercise. Because sport is essential in Nadal’s life. Here he is seen in a “special” place, as he himself defined in the post he shared on his Instagram profile.

The mansion is located in Porto Cristo , a coastal town in Manacor, the hometown of Rafa Nadal. The tennis player spent his childhood here and it is now the headquarters of his home. In addition, very close (just 12 kilometers away) is the Rafa Nadal Academy, where he will surely continue playing tennis. Last July 2024, the singer Sebastián Yatra shared on social media some moments of his visit with the singer Aitana Ocaña to the home of the tennis player and his wife (who is in charge of the management of the Rafa Nadal Foundation). Thanks to him, we have been able to discover some more corners of the interior of the house, where neutral tones and natural materials predominate .

Here you can see the Colombian singer with Rafa Nadal on an interior staircase, all designed in the same neutral finish as the walls with integrated spotlights at the bottom of the wall . In another of the moments they shared with their friends and family, you can see one of the living rooms with a dining area at the back and the large windows that connect the interior with the garden (dressed with simple ivory-colored curtains).

The mansion is built on a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Nearby there is an access to the sea, which connects directly to the entrance to the Cova des Correu. The design is the work of the Mallorcan architect Tomeu Esteva and construction began shortly after Nadal and Perelló’s wedding in sa Fortalesa de Pollença in 2019. It consists of two connected buildings, with two floors and a basement. On the façade there are large windows and generous terraces from which to enjoy the views of the port. Rafa Nadal’s yacht, the Great White e, is moored there, and he sets out to sail the waters surrounding his admired island.

There are plenty of garden areas around the building, a nice swimming pool, and two other buildings on one floor . But, after his retirement from the professional courts, Rafa Nadal will surely combine his life in this house with periods at the property he owns in Playa Nueva Romana, in the Dominican Republic.
