The first thing that stands out is the unusual green paint.

Ferrari calls it ‘Verde Bottiglia’, Italian for ‘bottle green’.

The name may not sound glamorous but this unique paint, coupled with the gold tone rims, works wonders on the 812.

The seats, center console and door panels are upholstered in matching green Alcantara with contrast orange piping and stitching.

Orange was also used to adorn the steering wheel, the floormats and the instrument cluster. Ferrari 812 GTS interior Ferrari 812 GTS, steering wheel

More to the point, this is a naturally-aspirated engine.

This is basically a chimera in the automotive world since most supercars are turbocharged or electrified or both these days.

The car is available from Ferrari of San Francisco, and it was listed on duPont Registry with a price tag of $749,000.

The seller will turn a nice profit from the sale of the car: when it first came out, the 812 GTS had an MSRP of around $370,000. Ferrari 812 GTS rear three quarter

It is a remarkable car for two main reasons.

Firstly, it is Ferrari’s first front-engine V12 convertible in nearly 50 years.

Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, it is one of last Ferrari models to be powered by a naturally-aspirated V12.

In a world of hybrids and EVs, this is considered gold by car collectors. Ferrari 812 GTS
